How ONSA coordinated our rescue from hands of kidnappers – Gimba family

The Gimba family has stated how the Office of the National Security Adviser, ONSA reunited the family after their ordeal in the hands of kidnappers.

Speaking on behalf of the family during a visit to the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, the husband of the kidnapped Kaduna Judge, Dr. Musa Dutse Gimba commended the ONSA for meticulously planning their rescue.

He lauded the NSA, Nuhu Ribadu and his office, for their unrelenting efforts.

He also commended “the office of the Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Gwabin Musa, for his involvement and tireless effort on this matter. The Kaduna State Government too

“The security forces including but not limited to the Nigerian Army Garrison Commander in Kaduna State, the Department of Security Services, Kaduna State, the Nigerian Police Force, Kaduna State Command, Military intelligence and the National Intelligence Agency for the various roles that the played.

“Professional bodies, NGOs and religious bodies including, but not limited to the NMA, NARD, NBA, Kaduna Branch, the press and the social media community.

“The University of Jos M.B.B.S. classes of 2004 and 2005 for their unrelenting love and support. The 2007 Law class of ABU Zaria, for their outpouring of love and continuous support.

Recall that gunmen abducted Janet Galadima-Gimba, a customary court judge, alongside her four sons in Kaduna.
The judge and her sons were reportedly abducted at their residence in the Mahuta area of Kaduna on June 23.

The abductors, numbering up to 15, invaded the residence of the judge at night when her husband, a medical doctor, was away on duty.
