An estate developer, Mr. Joshua Elekwachi has raised concerns over land grabbing and racketeering in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and beyond.
He said the rate at which illegal land activities are increasing in the territory and the country, serious steps need to be taken by the appropriate authorities in addressing it.
Elekwachi, who is the press secretary to EUC Homes Limited, stated this while briefing journalists in Abuja, recently.
He said findings showed that activities of land grabbers during the EUC Homes allocation to subscribers was worrisome and called for condemnation in its entirety.
Elekwachi said despite the challenges, EUC Homes would continue to hold unto credibility by allocating lands to deserving subscribers, which will stand the test of time.
He said: ” We have successfully carried out allocation for subscribers in Ibeju Royal Court, Brooksville, Lagoon and Ocean Wood Courts. All customers who previously purchased lands in the Estates got their allocation in confirmation of the proficiency we are known for”
According to him, Nigerians who are interested in making investment in lands should always be on alert to avoid falling into wrong hands.
He pledged his company’s commitment to keeping its track record as a trendsetter that has always prioritized satisfaction of clients.
