Nigerdock has commissioned and handed over a newly constructed facility consisting of an administrative building and living quarters to the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS). The facility is within Snake Island Integrated Free Zone (SIIFZ).
Nigerdock Chief Executive Nigerdock, Maher Jarmakani, remarked: “Our collaboration with government agencies has remained consistent and this facility emphasises our shared goal of preserving a conducive environment for all our stakeholders. My deepest appreciation to all the parties involved in the realisation of this project.”
The Comptroller General of Immigration (CGI), represented by ACG Kehinde Adebowale Sadiq. PCC, Zonal Coordinator Zone A, stated: “Today’s commissioning and handover of the office and residential accommodation to Lagos Seaport and Marine command (LSPMC) underscores the unity of purpose and our mutual commitment with Nigerdock towards effective blue border security and rapid economic development.”
Nigerdock is the promoter of Snake Island Integrated Free Zone, a privately owned economic zone strategically located in the main harbour of Lagos. Major activities within the economic zone include terminal operations, marine services, manufacturing, and industrial development.
