The APC Grassroots Governance Group APC G3 has called out politicians threatening and blackmailing the Tinubu administration, saying power belongs to God and not man.
APC G3 in a press release on Friday said some politicians are making themselves tin-gods and behaving as if they have power to determine the future of the country.
The press release signed by APC National Coordinator, Amechi Chuks. Oyema said that some politicians are getting tensed up because they could not get appointment in the present dispensation.
According to the Group, “These are politicians that have benefitted immensely from the Nigerian government at different levels. They find it very uncomfortable being out of power.
“Without them, the present administration have boldly charted the way forward for the country. The results may not be as we want it now, but with more efforts and dedication, it will get better for Nigeria by God’s grace.
“For some of this politicians they can still play advisory roles. They just believe it must be them and no one else.
“APC G3 believes strongly that the Tinubu administration is on the right path with policies which will engender growth and development.
“Loans for students, infrastructural development, people oriented policies in the health sector, reforms in the oil sector, agricultural development, appointments of persons to positions exclusively reserved etc are some of the laudable achievements of President Bola Tinubu.
“We urge Nigerians to reject politicians who only want it the old way it was being done. President Tinubu is geared towards moving Nigeria forward and where necessary shake foundations,” APC G3 added.
