Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, has urged citizens to embrace the spirit of Eid-el-Fitr by promoting charity, peace, and inclusivity, emphasizing that the occasion should renew faith in Almighty Allah and strengthen bonds of unity across communities.
In his Eid message, Governor Sani called on the people of Kaduna to extend love, respect, and support to the less privileged, stressing that the true essence of Ramadan lies in generosity and selflessness. He also appealed for prayers for the state’s continued peace and development, noting that despite prevailing challenges, Kaduna has made significant strides under his administration.
“As we celebrate with family, friends, and neighbors, let us remember our dear state and pray for its progress. These are challenging times, but we must remain steadfast in our commitment to building a united and prosperous Kaduna,” the governor stated.
Reaffirming his administration’s priorities, Governor Sani highlighted ongoing efforts to transform rural areas, upgrade urban infrastructure—especially in underserved communities—boost security, and drive economic revitalization. He pledged continued investments in human capital development, youth and women empowerment, and social welfare programs.
Beyond Kaduna, the governor also urged citizens to pray for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, commending his bold economic reforms aimed at resetting Nigeria for prosperity. “May Almighty Allah guide and strengthen our President as he consolidates on reforms to restore Nigeria’s economic stability,” he said.
Governor Uba Sani concluded his message with a call for unity and resilience, emphasizing that only through collective effort can Kaduna and Nigeria achieve their full potential.
