Dr Chima Anyaso, a kinsman of a former Abia State Governor, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, has bagged the prestigious 2024 Vanguard Personality Of The Year Real Estate Icon award.
Consequently, torrents of congratulatory messages continued to pour in for the astute entrepreneur, politician and philanthropist Anyaso, the Abia, Igbere, Bende LGA born forbes rated development expert, at the event
held on Friday at the Eko Hotel and Suites.
The consummate corporate expert emerged tops beating other real estate moguls to bag the coveted recognition under his establishment, Chimbaland Properties & Investment Co Ltd with enormous interests in Lagos real estate.
According to Vanguard Newspaper the award is designed to recognise personalities who have demonstrated exceptional exploits in various sectors which Anyaso known as “Ofuji Ndị Ìgbo” in which has proven himself.
Recounting his humble beginning, the founder of Cades group with interests in Oil and Gas holds a BA in Eng BA in English and Literature, MBA and M.sc Management, both from the University of Lagos and an Executive Management Certification, Peter J Tobin College of Business, St John’s University, Manhattan, New York.
Vanguard noted that the award was bestowed on Anyaso in recognition of the outstanding services rendered by Chimbaland Properties & Investment Co Ltd which they noted has revolutionised the real sector not just in Lagos but the other parts of the country.
Friends, relatives, business and political associates have continued to shower encomiums on Anyaso for bagging the award which they described as well deserving.
