The executive secretary of EBSHIA in Ebonyi state,Dr Divine Igwe has unveiled a pet project known as `Divine Igwe Impact Foundation’ that is designed to carter for the less-privileged,the downtrodden in terms of Education, Health, Human Empowerment and sports, among others in order to have a sense of belongings and add value to the society.
While unveiling the Foundation at Community Primary School field, Okposhi Umuogharu in Ezza North Local Government Area of the state on 27th November 2025, the founder of the Foundation, Dr Divine Ikemefuna Igwe said, he was inspired to float the Foundation out of passion for investing in human capital, expanding healthcare, strengthening education and empowering communities for excellencies.
Dr.Igwe appreciated the state Governor, Francis Nwifuru, whom he described as human capitalist, whose visionary leadership continues to reshape the state through the people’s charter of needs.
He appealed for support from individuals, groups and cooperate organization to enable the foundation deliver on its mandate.
“I thank God for the opportunity to stand before you as we officially launch this mission of impacts and compassion. First, let me sincerely appreciate the Chairman of the Occasion, Chief Oguzor Offia Nwali, Your presence, your support and your leadership gives us strength. Thank you for standing with us. I also extend deep gratitude to all dignitaries here, government officials, traditional rulers, captains of industries, youth leaders, community stakeholders. Your presence is a testament to your commitment to human development and community progress.
Let me also profoundly acknowledge His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru.
He is a true human capitalist whose visionary leadership continues to reshape our state through the people’s charter of needs. The governor has set a new standard for governance, one that places people at the center of development.
