All is now set to receive the Touch of Unity in Yola, Adamawa state ahead of National Sports Festival scheduled to hold from March 21st to April 10th in Benin city, Edo state capital.
The Touch will arrive welcome to Yola city gate from Gombe on Monday the 17th of February.
The Unity Touch will be received by the Director of Sports, Adamawa state sports council Mrs. Esther Dominic .
The Touch will be taken in marathon race by some Athletes in the state and Olympians from Adamawa through some major streets in the state capital, and will be received by the commissioner of youths and sports, Alhaji Faruq Sanusi at the gate of government house gate.
According to antennary of the movement, the commissioner after a brief ceremony will handover the Touch of Unity to the governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri.
The Governor is expected to making statement and commitment on 19th National Sports Festival for Team Fintiri for the forthcoming NSF.
The Festivals is holding in Benin city 18 years after it was held in that city in 2002
Touch will leave Adamawa to Taraba state last of the state in Northeast before moving to North central.
Touch is expected to get to Benin on the 21st of March, 2020 for the official flagged off of the 19th NSF tagged EDO2020.
