IGP orders review of allegations against DCP Kyari

The Inspector General of Police (IGP), Usman Alkali Baba, has ordered an internal review of the allegation and indictment processes from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) against Abba Kyari.
Kyari is a Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP). He is said to be one of the brilliant officers the Nigeria Police Force is proud of.
In a statement Thursday signed by the Force Spokesman, Frank Mba, the IGP acknowledge the receipt of the allegations from the FBI.
The IGP, however, said that “Nigeria Police Force reaffirms its commitment to the pursuit of justice and the strengthening of its professional relationship with the FBI and other international partners.
“Further developments on this case will be communicated to members of the public accordingly.”
