Governors on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), have described Governors Abubakar Badaru and Gboyega Oyetola of Kebbi and Jigawa states respectively as models of a developing progressive politics and pillars of the renewed vision for a united and progressive Nigeria.
The Progressive Governors Forum (PGF), in a statement issued on their behalf by the chairman, Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, to commemorate their birthdays, acknowledged their commitment to the unity of the country, describing them as models of Nigeria’s progressive politics.
“We join HE Muhammad Badaru Abubakar, Governor of Jigawa State and HE Gboyega Oyetola, Governor of the State of Osun, to celebrate their 59th and 67th birthday respectively. Along with the people of Jigawa and Osun States, and all Nigerians, we celebrate this special occasion with models of Nigeria’s progressive politics and their families.
“On this special day, we wish to acknowledge and commend their leadership, visions and commitments to a united and prosperous Nigeria.
