The President General, Global Peace Movement International (GPMI), Dr. Mike Uyi has described the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Air Peace, Allen Onyema as a man of peace.
Addressing a press conference in London on Friday, Dr. Uyi said that the Air Peace Chairman has always declared his love and patriotism for Nigeria and will stop at nothing to see that Nigeria is united in love again.
“Allen Onyema is a God sent to Nigeria and to the whole of Africa and as such, those wanting to destroy him should stop because the wrath of God will soon fall on them”.
“It is evidence that since Allen took the front seat in the aviation industry, so many persons are doing everything they could to drag him down. GPMI will not spare anyone that is found wanting in destroying the person of Allen Onyema”.
Uyi said Onyema has made 82 million leaflets for peace and Unity of Nigeria. “A man that has the highest Chieftaincy title in his own Town and a fence mender in Nigeria cannot call for way in his home town or any part of Nigeria”.
“It is funny that people will just sit and talk about what they don’t know. we are using this medium to warn all distractors and those who are promoters of violence in all parts of Nigeria that GPMI has deployed its members for a critical investigation and will expose those behind the blackmail going on that Allen Oyema is moving military personnel around”
“There is no doubt that Nigerians are looking forward to the manifestation of goodness from whosoever could provide a good and reliable airline in the wobbling aviation sector and Onyema came in to help Nigeria solve this problem. what we see today is just envy everywhere for a honest man”
He said, “Onyema has over the years built a reputation of integrity, a promoter of peace and a hard-working man, and cannot be allowed to be dragged in the mud by some evel men who will not want the aviation sector to get it right”.
“Allen is a philanthropist. He is interested in ensuring peace and tranquility in Nigeria, and has continued to work towards that goal”.
Uyi noted that Allen Onyema organised the 1st Nigeria Forever Project in 2005, with the support of the Federal Government, explaining that the project was done to promote broad nationalism as against ethnic nationalism.
He said, “Onyema supported the government in putting an end to the Niger Delta militancy and also helped in training the group after amnesty was granted to them”.
He described Onyema as a selfless, passionate, humble, responsible, and law-abiding man who could not have changed overnight to become. “He is a man of peace in all ramification”.
