Article14 Sub 22 of the APC Constitution ingeminates that the National Youth Leader shall; be responsible for mobilisation of Youths for the attainment of Party objectives, initiate and implement strategic programmes that would endear the party to Nigerian Youths in consultation with the Zonal and State Youth Leaders as approved by the Party, and perform such functions as may be assigned to him from time to time by the National Executive Committee and National Working Committee.
