2023: Emefiele’s posters flood APC national convention

Posters of the current Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Dr Godwin Emefiele for president flooded venue of the 2022 All Progressives Congress national convention held at the weekend in Abuja. 


Emefiele promoters under the umbrella of  Unified Northern Nigeria Youth Forum, who were displaying his posters for members of the APC to see in Eagle Squar, venue of the convention called  him  to run for President of Nigeria, and members of the party to support him
Converner of the group, Mohammed Danlamin told journalists  that the mobilisation and displaying of the bills in strategic areas in the Federal Capital Territory was to encourage other party members on why Emiefele should be supported.


He called on members of the APC to prevail on Emefiele to join the 2023 presidential race, saying CBN Governor  will ensure that Nigeria experience prosperity.

Members of the group were carrying placards with inscriptions like, “MEFFY please run” were all over the place chanting the name of Emefiele.

The group also mounted billboards in strategic places  like Amino Crescent by Zenith and UBA banks, Wuse 2. Shehu Shagari way, Kashim Ibrahim junction, Maitama. Wuse market, as well as along Barnex near Nigerian-Turkey School.

Danlami said: “Our supporters are in Abuja to attend the convention of our great Party and also to beg members of our great Party to call on Dr Godwin Emefiele to contest for the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria come 2023.

“For agricultural revolution, economy stability peace, progress, and prosperity, we have moved around ten states of the North so far, from Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Plateau, Bauchi, Adamawa, Taraba, Benue, Nasarawa, and Niger, campaigning and preparing people’s minds towards this eventuality.


“This is the first time we are hoping Nigeria will get it right as we hope the coming of a private sector player and a financial expert of international repute as president of Nigeria, certainly Nigeria will experience good days ahead.” He stated.
