Thousands of Tudun Wada/Doguwa Federal Constituency residents stormed the major streets of the constituency to celebrate the emergence of Leader of House of Representatives, Honourable Alhassan Ado Doguwa, as the candidate to fly the All Progressive Congress (APC) ticket in the constituency come 2023 elections.
They expressed joy, chanting songs of peace and solidarity in honour of Ado Doguwa who most of them confessed have given the constituency adequate representation in terms of execution of constituency projects, human empowerment, eloquency at the floor of the House, as well as sponsoring of relevant bills that have positive impact on the lives of Nigerians.
The House Leader was elected unopposed, with the full backing of Kano state Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
He would be returning to the hallowed Green Chamber for the seventh consecutive time if emerged victorious during the 2023 general election.
His emergence as the APC candidate for the House of Representatives election in Tudun Wada/Doguwa Federal Constituency, has paved the way for him to realizing his ambition of becoming the Speaker of House of Representatives.
Ado Doguwa who goes by the title—Sarduanan Rano, is, however, optimistic that he will win election to the House in 2023.
In his acceptance speech, he expressed appreciation to the people of his constituency, for reposing confidence in him and promised never to let them down.
