The Enugu State House of Assembly’s Chief Whip, Hon. Some constituents of Awgu North constituency in Awgu local government area of Enugu state has commenced the process of letting her relinquish her seat at the Enugu state house of assembly, for any of their authentic constituent through a petition to the Enugu state commissioner of police, accusing her of perjury and to have rendered false information to the Independent National Electoral Commission[INEC] to manoeuvre her current status.
According to them,She gave false information to INEC on the pretext that her marriage to chief Emmanuel Eneh is still existing as she filled in INEC form CF-001,dated October 17,2018..
Part of the petition against her written by Barr E.W. Oji of ‘Lex Den Associates'[Solicitors and Advocates of the Supreme Court] based at Golf estate Enugu, on behalf of one Kenechukwu Nweke to the Enugu state commissioner of police and copied to both the State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, the Speaker of Enugu state house of assembly and Independent Electoral Commission[INEC] made available to news men reads,

‘It is for this reasons that I call on your exalted office to conduct proper investigation into the criminal allegations and ensure that justice is done’
Hon Mrs Jane Eneh, who is the present chief whip of Enugu state house of assembly was elected on the platform of Peoples Democratic Party[PDP] in the 2019 General elections to the state house of assembly.
