Former Speaker of Katsina State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Aliyu Sabiyu Muduru has said, he has no iota of doubt that the All Progressives Congress (APC) will win 2023 election from top to bottom
The former speaker made the statement during the Aluta News anniversary lecture and award dinner on Friday in Abuja
While expressing his appreciation to Aluta News for recognizing his contribution as patriotic citizens of Nigeria also commended them for being active in producing genuine reports for the country.
“Within the past 3 years, Aluta News has been broadcasting accurate and undiluted information and this suggests that journalism conforms with international standards.
“To further uplift the platform I am donating the sum of one million naira to support the development of the multimedia unit of the Medium,”Muduru said.

Earlier, the Editor-In-Chief, (EIC) of Aluta News, Halima Abdul-Rauf has said If Nigeria must rise to its full potential as it should, it must rise through the collective efforts of citizens by excluding tribalism and selfish tendencies.
“We will realize our dreams by excluding tribalism, selfish tendencies and rather imbibe in the spirit of patriotism as such, the great potentials of our country will be realized and Nigeria will truly be the giant of Africa both in words and deeds,”she said
The EIC noted that Aluta News is fulfilling its mandate as patriotic medium by capturing and promoting reports that will bring peace, unity and progress to Nigeria.
“Aluta News goals and objectives are to holistically capture the agitations, views, opinions and governance processes of organized labor, youth groups, civil society organizations, and other progressives whose mandate is to create a better society where civil rights and our collective humanities are upheld.
“Since the inception of this great vision by chief Executive Officer of this great platform, many well meaning Nigerians and even foreigners have in one way or the other appreciated the vision, nationalism, efforts and contribution to the progress of our great country Nigeria.
“We keep the populace informed through vital opinions, unbiased and ethical reporting as it affects every sector of the country.
“Our Mediums report is free from fake, false and malicious information,”she said.
Abdulrauf also added that the event awards patriotic individuals who have in one way or the other contributed to the development of Nigeria and its Citizens in various sectors of the economy.
In his remarks,Prof. Edet Ekpenyong, Deputy National Commandant Peace Corps of Nigeria said that to celebrate democracy, good governance must always be pursued and for the good governance to come, every citizen of this country must play their role as citizens and patriotic citizens of Nigeria.
“We encourage Aluta News to continue with their patriotic activities by reporting News that will only unite Nigeria not one that will divide us, nor News that will mislead us particularly at this critical time Nigeria is in a very critical stage because of the forthcoming general election.
“This is a dicey time for this country and the media have a serious role to play if we must have a successful election,”Ekpenyong said.
Also speaking, Dasuki Arabi Director-General, Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR) appeal to citizens to have hope in Nigeria and be confident that it will be good and better.
“Nigeria is not hopeless, we are working, the system is working, and I can see bright light at the end of the tunnel.
“What we are going through is a stage of development that other nations have gone through.
“I want to urge everyone o work with to discuss how we can add value to public service of Nigeria and how we can improve the quality of life of a common man on the street,”Arabi said.
The highlight of the event were the award given to Dr Ramatu Aliyu, Hon. minister Of State FCT, Prof. Mansur Matazu, DG NiMet and some notable Nigerians from all walks of life, in recognition of their achievements in their various fields of endeavour.
