Congratulations President-elect—Gawuna Hails Tinubu

The governorship candidate of All Progressive Congress (APC)  in Kano, Dr. Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna has warmly congratulated the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu,  describing his victory as well-deserved.

Gawuna, who conveyed the congratulatory message on behalf himself, and running-mate,  Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo, also congratulated the Vice President-elect,  Senator Kashim Shettima.

A congratulatory message signed by Gawuna’s Chief Press Secretary,  Hassan Musa Fagge and made available to Journalists in Kano reads: “Kano State Deputy Governor and All Progressives Congress (APC) Gubernatorial Candidate Dr. Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna wishes to congratulate the President-elect, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Vice President-elect, Senator Kashim Shettima on their resounding victory at the presidential election held on saturday, 25th of February 2023.

“Myself and my running-mate Hononurable Murtala Sule Garo are wishing you success as you take up the responsibility of renewing the hope and pray that Almighty Allah gives you more wisdom, strength, direction and guidance to deliver on your mandate.

“Jagaban,  you are the right man for the moment. Your victory is a win for  democracy. You have worked hard towards the success of our party, the APC.

“You have proved to be a true democrat who showed commitment, zeal and dedication towards the service and development of our country.

“We thank you for your tenacity and steadfastness  because we believe that you have the goodwill to deliver on your campaign promises.”

Gawuna also extended his appreciation to the people of Kano State for voting the APC during the last Saturday polls.

“You have done it before and we believe you will do it again. Therefore, we thank you for your continued support and cooperation. Together we shall reach greater heights,” Gawuna added.
