…As Party becomes first to felicitate with the Commander-In-Chief
Leadership of the National Conscience Party (NCP), the foremost political party in Nigeria which was founded by the Human Rights Activist and Lawyer, Chief Ganiyu Oyesola Fawehinmi (SAN, SAM) has join millions of well-wishers to felicitate with His Excellency Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his well-deserved mandate given to him by overwhelming Nigerians through the ballot.
NCP also urged the President to put smiles onto the faces of Nigerians through people-oriented programs and projects, even as the party becomes the first party in Nigeria to felicitate with the Commander-In-Chief.
According to the Congratulatory Letter signed by Comrade Waheed Lawal, Acting National Chaiman; Comrade Adebola Lateef, National Secretary; and Pastor Peters Osawaru Omoragbon, National Deputy Chairman, South-South; the party leadership also applauded President Tinubu for having been sworn in as the Executive President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on May 29, 2023 in Abuja, Nigeria.
The letter read in part, “As your administration begins in earnest from May 29, 2023, NCP urges His Excellency to put smiles onto the faces of Nigerians through people-oriented programs and projects that recognizes merit and professionalism irrespective of political divides. Nigeria is blessed with both human and natural resources you must draw from. It is these actions in the next four years that will prepare ground for your re-election in 2027, that, the opposition parties will have no excuse than step-down for your candidature because of the undeniable track records of the next Four Years of a government of Excellence,”
According the body, the National Conscience Party is delighted to have supported the candidacy of the president throughout the electioneering campaign based on his pedigree, competence, consistency, capacity and his excellent performance. “NCP is happy to have endorsed, supported and promoted the candidature of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu based on his pedigree, competence, consistency, capacity and his excellent performance as an elected Senator, Governor of the greatest state in Nigeria and currently the sixteenth elected Executive President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the most populous black nation in the Africa.”
The party described President Tinubu as the Doyen of the Nigerian political spectrum, and someone who was at the fore front of the struggle that brought the current democratic dividends to Nigeria, which drove the military back to their Barracks, adding that Nigerians will never forget him in a hurry.
The body also prayed that the Almighty God will grant him the zeal, wisdom and sound health to pilot the affairs of Nigeria for the next Eight Years.
