The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Nyesom Wike has said the rural people deserve to be provided with quality infrastructure that will restore their hope in government.
He stated this during the flag off of 11km Yangoji -Sukuku road in Kwali Area Council on Wednesday.
Wike explained that as a quality administration there was the need to also provide quality services to people at all levels.
According to him,Tinubu’s administration was renewing hope of the masses which rural communities in FCT are not an exception.
He told residents of the area that his administration will continue to take necessary steps that will help the people have hope in the government.
The minister asked the contractor, Gilmor Nigeria Limited not to forget to employ the youths in the area to be part of the work, which he said will help in creating job for them.
“The people in rural areas deserve quality services, We are quality people, so Abuja residents must get quality services”
On the request by the chairman of Kwali Area council on the need to construct the stadium road, Wike promised that the road and other abandoned projects mentioned will be looked into.
