AMAC chairman pledges quick completion of Kugbo road

The chairman of Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) , Mr. Christopher Maikalangu has promised Kugb residents that his administration will hasten processes that will ensure quick completion of the road project.

He gave the assurance on Sunday during inspection of the ongoing road construction.

Maikalangu said award of the contract was in line with his administration commitment to fixing community roads as promised during campaign.

The chairman explained that project was in line with the policy thrust of his administration.

In a statement he personally issued, said,”Today I Personally inspected the ongoing construction of Kugbo Township road to ascertain the level of work on the road.

“The award for the construction of the road was in line with the policy thrust of my administration of providing infrastructure that have direct bearing on the lives of the teeming populace.

“Adequate government’s attention will continue to be given to facilitate the timely completion of the project and I appreciate the endurance demonstrated by the communities for patiently waiting to see the day of the execution and completion of all this Projects.

“I therefore reaffirmed that, in my effort to remain focused and committed to my campaign promises, and I’m assuring you that my leadership will continue embark on meaningful projects that would have direct socioeconomic impacts to the citizens of the AMAC”.
