Transition Train unveils inclusive housing lottery, others for Nigerians

From Anthony Nwachukwu, Lagos

Amidst the tough economy, Transition Train, partnering a real estate surveying and valuation firm, Patrick Ogunjobi & Co, is offering Nigerians financial independence through a lottery programme that offers prizes and pathway to a brighter future.

The organisers explained that with just N1,000, participants could win a fully furnished luxurious house in Magodo area of Lagos, while N5,000 offers a chance for a house in Victoria Island at the grand finale in December 2024.

In addition to every participant standing the chance to win consolation prizes at the monthly draws, grand prizes include luxurious homes, cars, vocational/business tools, and new small-trade/business setups.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Transition Train, Princess Adesuwa Obaseki, said the partnership with Patrick Ogunjobi & Co is aimed at empowering individuals and fostering financial stability in spite of the economic hurdles.

Obaseki, who expressed concern at the rising cost of living and limited opportunities for the low and middle-income earners to meet ends, lamented that “in a country abundant with talent and potential, economic obstacles often hinder opportunities.”

According to her, the comprehensive lottery platform is a means to address economic challenges as a transformative tool that gives individuals control over their finances. Therefore, “from the moment you hold the ticket, the world around you transforms into where you want to be tomorrow.”

On his part, the Principal Partner of Patrick Ogunjobi & Co, Mr. Patrick Ogunjobi, added emphasised equal opportunities for all Nigerians to pursue their dreams through the programme.

He noted that beyond wealth generation, the Transition Train aims to drive positive social change by promoting resilience and equity in the Nigerian society, adding that with focus on integrity and compliance, the company ensures a safe and secure environment for all participants.
