Anambra Commisioner for Information sackedFrom Ifeoma Ejiofor

The Anambra State Commisioner for Information, Sir Paul Nwosu has been sacked.

The news of his disengagement emanated earlier on Tuesday morning as he was not part of the weekly Executive Council meeting.

The reason for his sack was not made public but insider Government House source alleged non performance.

Meanwhile, the former Information Commisioner has refuted the claims that he was booted out of office.

Sir Nwosu claimed that he willingly resigned from office and that the reason for his resignation is personal, noting that he has done his beat in his service to the State and Ndị Anambra, having consistently been in the government for over a decade.

Sir Nwosu however did not disclose his future plans stressing that there is need for him to rest and refresh before thinking about next thing to do.

The former Commisioner appreciated Gov Charles Soludo for giving him the opportunity to serve the state and Ndi-Anambra.

Meanwhile, at the time of filing this report, an unconfirmed source said that Dr Law Mefor was being swore in as the replacement for the sacked Commisioner.
