Nigeria @ 64: Water resources ministers congratulate Nigerians, express commitment to access to clean water

As Nigeria celebrates its 64 independence anniversary today, the Minister of Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation, Engr. Prof. Joseph Terlumun Utsev and Minister of State
Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation,
Rt. Hon. Bello Muhammad Goronyo Esq. have congratulated Nigerians as they expressed the ministry’s commitment to the provision of access to clean water and improved sanitation for every citizen.

Prof. Utsev in a message said; ‘on this momentous occasion of Nigeria’s 64th Independence Day, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all Nigerians.

“This day is a celebration of our unity, strength, and resilience as a nation. It is a time to reflect on our journey and renew our commitment to building a prosperous and sustainable future for all.

” As we commemorate this special day, the Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation remains dedicated to ensuring access to clean water and improved sanitation for every citizen.
Together, we can foster a healthier and more vibrant Nigeria, where everyone thrives.

“May we continue to strive for greatness as a nation and work collectively towards achieving the goals of a brighter tomorrow. Happy Independence Day, Nigeria!”

Also, in his independence message, Goronyo prayed that; “may this Independence Day inspire hope, progress, and prosperity for our beloved country.

“As we proudly celebrate Nigeria’s 64th Independence Day, I extend my warmest wishes to all Nigerians.

“Today, we honor our nation’s rich history, diverse culture, and the remarkable spirit of unity that has carried us through the years. This is a time for us to reflect on our progress and recommit ourselves to the task of nation-building.

“At the Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation, we remain steadfast in our mission to improve the well-being of every Nigerian through sustainable access to clean water and sanitation services.
Together, we can achieve greatness. Happy Independence Day, Nigeria!”
