The member representing Tudun Wada/Doguwa Federal Constituency of Kano State, Hon Alhassan Ado-Doguwa, has expressed his gratitude and confidence in the Nigerian judiciary after the Court of Appeal in Abuja dismissed the culpable homicide case filed against him by the Kano State Government.
This ruling upheld the earlier judgment of the Federal High Court, Abuja, which acquitted him of the murder allegations.
The Court of Appeal’s decision was a significant victory for Doguwa, as it not only cleared his name but also affirmed the reliability of the Nigerian judicial system. In his reaction to the judgment, Doguwa praised the judiciary, stating that it remains the last hope for the common man.
