The All Progressives Congress (APC) has felicitated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the occasion of his 74th birthday, describing him as a visionary leader and committed democrat.
In a statement issued on Sunday in Abuja by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the APC joined millions of Nigerians and well-wishers worldwide in celebrating the President’s life of service and contributions to democratic governance.
The party lauded Tinubu as a veteran statesman, bridge-builder, and patriot whose leadership, it said, continues to shape Nigeria’s development trajectory.
According to the statement, the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda has recorded significant progress in key areas, including economic reforms, infrastructural development, institutional strengthening, and fiscal policy transformation.
The APC further noted that the Tinubu-led government has implemented impactful social investment programmes, enhanced national security, and prioritised youth empowerment, as well as the welfare of students, workers, and the broader citizenry.
It expressed pride in what it described as Nigeria’s resurgence under Tinubu’s leadership, adding that the party has also grown into the largest political platform in the country in terms of membership, structure, and influence since its establishment in 2013.
Reaffirming its support for the President, the party commended his resilience, courage, and commitment to national unity, stability, and prosperity.
The APC also offered prayers for continued good health, wisdom, and strength for the President as he continues to lead the country.
