Kaduna State Commissioner for Environment, Mr. Buba, has congratulated Governor Uba Sani on his recent double awards. Governor Sani received the 2024 Nigeria Govtech Public Service Award for Outstanding Digital Governor in the Northwest and the 2024 Infrastructure Award for Africa.
