An influential social-cultural group, Agila Noble Women Association has recognized and decorated the Law Graduate of Middlesex University London, Hon Chief Philip Agbese, as their Grand Patron.
The activist turned politician who has done so much for the women and youth in Enone Axis, a feat which has attracted the honour bestowed on him today.
It should be recalled that the popular politician known as Okanga, has empowered several widows, given scholarship to some students and built an ICT Centre with his personal resources for the students in the area.
The group also used the occasion to declare their support for Okanga who is a leading aspirant for the Federal House Of Representatives, Ado/Okpokwu/Ogbadibo Constituency for 2023 General Election under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Responding, High Chief Agbese expressed appreciation for the honour done him and commended the Noble Women Association for their significant support and partner in his political ambition to develop the area.
He reaffirmed his dreams to emancipate the masses from the shackles of poor leadership, poverty and mismanagement of the peoples mandate for personal aggrandizement.
He applauded the group for their substantial contributions to the peace and harmony enjoyed by the people in the area and urged them to sustain the temple.
