IPI Group Relaunches Crowwe App On Google Playstore

From Maduabuchi Nmeribeh, Kano
Mr. Garba Adamu, the Chief Executive Officer of IPI Group, has announced the re-launching of his Social Media Platform—-Crowwe App on Google Playstore.

The re-launching of the platform into Google Playstore came  after a long deliberation of its deactivation from Google during the hit  of Twitter ban in Nigeria.

Adamu Garba announced the availability of the app via his facebook official page on Thursday, claiming that there is no better platform in the world other than Crowwe.

According to him, “I am not bragging, download and try it. It’s much more fluid and intuitive. It’s simply a definition of African magical innovation, Crowwe is now live on Google Playstore, we are back, let’s go.”

He further stated that, the central mission of his Company is shaping the future that works for humanity by putting people first and empowering them with the right technology to do more and achieve more.

“Crowee is back on store, it is available on both iOS and Android store for excitement, fun, interaction, fame and fortune, with Crowwe you can build the image and identity for yourself and your own brand” Adamu said.

The AUTHORITY recalls that, the social media app was said to be removed by Google on Monday, June 14 few days after the federal Government of Nigeria suspended Twitter whereby some aggrieved Nigerian reportedly took to playstore to discredit the app touting of the App as a readily available alternative to the banned microblogging platform Twitter in Nigeria.

The fact checked on the truth about the deactivation of the Crowwe plartform shows that, Google does not remove an app on its playstore based on bad reviews rather Google consider protection of users against potential harmful (PHAs) hence users may receive a push notification from Google Play Protect giving them option to remove the app from their device while there is no single user reportedly received such notification.

However, the CEO Crowwe stated that he asked Google to take down the app because he needed to update some codes live so he had no option than to request google to take down the application prior to the technical work his company is undergoing in order to make the Crowwe developed and compete with the global standard, and now the work has been completed, global users can testify its quality as the app in now officially backed in Google Playstore for download and day to day activities usage.
