The House of Representatives aspirant for Chikun/Kajuru Constituency in Kaduna state, Hon Najib Zakari has disclosed that he is vying for the seat to champion ideas that will bring more development to the area.

He said health, education and job creation would be priority programmes on his agenda, if elected in 2023.
Zakari in a statement he issued, said contesting for the seat was not for his personal gain but to fast track more projects that will have direct impact on the people.

According to him, well-being of his constituents is an issue that he would not play with especially job creation for the unemployed youth.

Zakari who is vying for the seat on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), said with his knowledge of the happenings across the country and Africa, Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency people will be proud of him when he becomes member representing them in the National Assembly.

He said, “I am vying for this seat because of public interest not my personal interest, when my people elect me during the 2023 election to represent them, they would not regret it. I will first of all, start with health, education and job creation, these are areas that most be taken more serious by everyone.

“When Chikun/Kajuru people have access to good health, education with job especially the unemployed youth, then 80% of their challenges will be solved.

“We are going to be working together, there will be fairness in handling issues that concern my constituents, anybody in the constituency will be allowed to contribute, or have a say in running affairs of the area, as usual we will continue to work as one family at all time” he said.

The young House of Representatives aspirant assured his people that the area will be strong and good for all irrespective of religion, ethnicity and political affiliation.
