The All Progressives Congress Grassroots Governance Group, APC G3 has described the party’s Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as a tested and experienced leader who mean well for Nigeria.
The group stated this during a pre-campaign rally in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
Bayelsa State Coordinator, APC G3, Abosi Ebikedoumene Felagha in his address at the rally, said Asiwaju Tinubu promoted human capital development during his tenure as the Lagos State governor.
Felagha said that as Governor, Tinubu appointed people from different ethnic groups to various sensitive positions.
“Asiwaju Tinubu didn’t discriminate in appointments as Governor. He ensured resources in people were harnessed for the good of Lagos people.
“He also promoted infrastructural development, like the Eko Atlantic City, the Lekki Port etc.
“He made sure that capable hands succeeded him and put Lagos on the part of glory.
“Lagos is the only state that can boastfully say it will not depend on the centre for survival, this is because of the institutions put in place between 1999 and 2007 by Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
He said that APC G3 will work with the party to ensure all her candidates are delivered at the polls.
“We are working across the country, using our structure to ensure that come May 2023, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is sworn in as President to continue the good work he left behind in Lagos.”
