Kogi APC G3 commends N/Central PCC Secretary for commitment to Tinubu-Shettima ticket

The APC Grassroots Governance Group APC G3 has commended Secretary, Directorate of Support Group, North Central, of the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council, Hon. Tosin Adeyanju for his intense political activities in the state, especially during the holidays.

The group noted in a press release on Tuesday that Hon. Adeyanju during the holidays season personally galvanized the people of the state to troop out for collection of their PVCs.

National Coordinator, APC G3, Hon. Amechi Oyema, who signed the press release said reports from Kogi State said the people of the State, especially APC members commended the Secretary of Directorate of Support Group, North Central, of the Tinubu/Shettima PCC for encouraging them in preparation for the forthcoming general elections.

He noted: “During the yearly Obangogo Hill Christmas Fiesta in Kabba, Kogi state, Hon. Adeyanju was also seen spreading the message of Tinubu’s renewed hope to the revellers at the yearly Obangogo Hill Christmas Fiesta in Kabba, Kogi state

“In an effort to fast track Permanent Voters Card collection, Hon. Adeyanju, also mobilized registered voters in Ayere and Ijumu Oke environ of Kogi state for collection of the PVCs by various registered voters.

According to Hon Adeyanju during the exercise “we are trying our best to ensure we achieve our aim, as a result of the development we are bringing to all parts of Ijumu through Tinubu’s emergence, there is need for our people to retrieve their PVCs in order to vote for Tinubu/Shettima, that is why we’re fast tracking this process by mobilizing our people.

“With the love and support our people have for Asiwaju and upon the data released by INEC sometime in September 2022 stating the high number of PVCs not yet collected by citizens, it is important we mobilize our people to getting set for the general election by collecting their PVC to vote Tinubu”

The residents who in their hundreds trooped out to retrieve their PVC appreciated Adeyanju for easing their stress by assisting in logistics for easy collection of voters cards in the communities.

Similarly, during the holidays, Tosin Adeyanju and member representing Ijumu in Kogi state house of Assembly, Hon. Kilani Olumo received thousand of decampees from the Peoples Democratic Party, at stakeholders meeting for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu in Kogi.

“APC G3 commends Hon. Adeyanju for his total commitment to the victory of the Tinubu-Shettima ticket,” the press release added.
