RCCG members pray for free and fair elections

Members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), The Throne Room Maitama Branch, Sunday prayed for peaceful and free and fair general elections in the country.
The members, who also prayed for the country’s leaders, embarked on a road walk along Maitama to mark the 2023 Global Payer Walk with the theme ‘Mercy’.
Pastor of the Church, Tunde Benjamin -Laniyi, prayed against insecurity around the country and called on voters to properly examine candidates for the elections before voting wisely.
“We are expecting that the whole church will be involved in the election process and expect Nigerians to turn out en mass to vote as well as release their voices to Heaven for God’s blessings to be available,” he added.
He said the country needs responsible leaders, Who are not sectional but connected to the country by heart.
