Students of Rochas Foudation College, Emene near Enugu, has expressed gratitude to Senator Rochas Okorocha,for his love for humanity demonstrated with the initiative of establishing Rochas Foundation College, where children of the poor attain secondary education
free of charge.
The students poured the encomiums on chief Okorocha at the ocasion of the 2023.Loue day of the school originally scheduled on February 14 but celebrated two days after wgjgth gifts of books and pens to the students by Senator Okorocha in partnership with Ibidapo Lawal Foundation.
The students demonstrated their love and passion for Okochas love for humanity through free secondry education for children of the poor through the various drama and debates signaling that love cannot be complete without care for humanity, extoling Okorocha for setting a pace in this direction through his conglomerate of stecondary schools, where all costs are borne by him.
The head of school Rochas Foundation College Emene Enugu, Mr Stanley Ekeji, told news men that same conditions apples in the other twelve branches of the school established by Senator 6korocha.
Checks revealed that Rochas Foundation has 13 schools owned and managed solely by the Foundation in different states of the six geopolitical zones of the country, which have all benefited from the donation. The schools are located in 10 cities, which includes, Kano, Sokoto, Zaria, Bauchi, Calabar, Jos, Enugu, Owerri, Yola and Ibadan.
The sole aim of this donation by Ibidapo Lawal Foundation is to help and support indigent children to have access to quality education and to demonstrate love and provide comfort to children of the less privileged in all parts of the country.
Rochas Foundation, therefore, call on well-spirited individuals and organisations to show love and kindness to all children, especially, those from less privileged background in the country.
It also call on well-meaning Nigerians to sponsor and support at least a child of the poor to go to school so as to reduce the rate of illiteracy and also build a better future for all children in the country irrespective of their background
