A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (AP ) in Rivers state, Chief Eze Chukwuemeka has lauded the party’s candidate for Ikwerre/Emohua Federal Constituency, Barr. Ezemonye Ezekiel Amadi, for providing succor to communities within the constituency.

With the charitable act, Eze said the former Commissioner for Lands, has shown enough cause to merit the people’s mandate on February 25, 2023, to represent them at the green chambers of the National Assembly.

The APC Chieftain who spoke via a statement, which was made available to journalists in Port Harcourt, said the APC candidate through his daily engagements and honest interactions with constituents has ignited a conscious reawakening on majority of electorates.

He boasted that the electorates who appreciate the candidate gesture, has resolve to throw their weights behind him, to ensure  a landslide victory for the APC even March 11, 2023.

The party chieftain commended Amadi for visiting communities, villages and even families, identifying their basic needs and resolving the ones considered crucial to their daily survival in his capacity as a private individual.

He assured that when elected, “the APC candidate will consolidate his passion for service through regular empowerment for women and youth, skills development and award of scholarships to indigent constituents. Above all”.

He emphasized that Amadi will deploy the instrumentality of lawmaking to create jobs for the employable population of his constituency to boost their livelihoods.

Recall that Barr Amadi, in course of his engagements with the people, has empowered hundreds of women and youth with start-ups and cash rewards, a feat Eze said, his opponent in the PDP and current occupant of the Ikwerre/Emohua Constituency seat has not been able to achieve notwithstanding the alleged millions of public funds he has received over the years for constituency projects.

Eze said he was delighted to see the APC candidate in various community markets, sensitizing market women on the importance of personal and environmental hygiene and distributing market apron to traders to ensure their safety and health as they transact their businesses with customers.

As a way of emergency response to the lack of safe drinking water in some communities, Chief Eze said the APC candidate has provided portable water to several communities in Ikwerre and Emohua Local Government Areas.

“Just a few hours ago, two separate water projects executed by the APC candidate were commissioned in Omudioga, bringing to an end decades of clamour for safe drinking water”.

The chieftain however,  thanked the people of Emohua and Ikwerre for finding Amadi fit for the job and expressed confidence that their resolve will be validated at the polls on Saturday 25 February, 2023.
