You will never regret my emergence as PDP Governorship hopeful Anyanwu assures party stakeholders

 Senator Samuel Anyanwu, the governorship candidate of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Imo state has assured his political party stakeholders that they will never regret having him as their party gubernatorial candidate in the forthcoming November 11th INEC  segmented governorship  election in the State.Anyanwu disclosed this while

 conveying his heartfelt gratitude to members and leaders of the party in Mbaitoli, Onuimo, Okigwe and Ihitte Uboma local government areas for their unflinching support and cooperations over his ambition.

 The Governorship hopeful who is currently on a Local Government ‘Thank You’ tour did not only appreciated members of his party for chosing him, but to ascertain the level of infrastructural decay, deplorable road network in the rural areas.

He passionately appealed to them  to partner with him and his running mate so as  to gaurantee the safety of Imo citizens, again.

Addressing Ward Youths/Women leaders, LGA executive and critical stakeholders of PDP in the LGAs, Senator Anyanwu urged them not to relent in their collective efforts to restore peace in the State noting that such vision can only be achieved if everyone could come together.

According to him, “the number of innocent lives wasted in the last three and half years the APC assumed office is alarming, and called on the people of the state to take their destinies in their hands”.

He maintained that his reason for contesting the Governorship position was not to enrich himself nor to witch-hunt anyone, but to secure Imo state from the stranglehold of a directionless APC administration.

The party flag bearer called on Imo people to come out en masse to vote PDP and stop wondering how votes cast would be protected, assuring that no person will ever subvert the mandate given to him.

While assuring them of his capacity to make Imo Safe again and to revive all dilapidated infrastructures llm, the PDP flag bearer therefore charged the youths, women, artisans, the poor and the needy to utilize the opportunity of sacking APC and its Governorship candidate in the November poll to allow room for economic liberation and safety of human lives in the state.

Responding, on behalf of the LGAs, apex leaders like Barr Julius Onyenaucheya (Mbaitoli), Uwakwe Agonsi (Onuimo), Hon Paul Uche (Okigwe), and Hon Collins Nwachukwu vowed to resist all tricks by the present administration in the state to return to power, expressing annoyance that APC government would be booted out of office for failing to discharge its duties creditably well.

The leaders further enjoined their people to work as a team as the only alternative to restore lasting peace, and secure the economy of the state, while describing a PDP government as what the people are yearning for.
