Taraba: 456 IDPs receive free education

The Internal Displace Persons (IDPs) in Murabai community of Jalingo Local Government Area, Taraba State, have received a free educational training from the Christ Embassy Ministry to cushion the academic challenges affecting displaced communities.

Speaking with journalists at the Graduation Thanksgiving Service in Jalingo, the National Pastor, Zone 2, Middle Belt Region, Christ Embassy, Pst. Niyi Moyede said, the strengths of a building is from the foundation, according to him, the beneficiaries are children of the vulnerables who were displaced due to herders and farmers clashes in the State.

Moyede stated that, the training is the exhibition of service to humanity by the founder, Pst. Chris Oyakhilome.
He stress that , if righteousness is brought before the people society will experience peace.

He further said, the graduating students are citizens of Nigeria born with their destiny, therefore, they deserved equal opportunity.
In the same vein, the residence Pst. Christ Embassy Jalingo, Pastor Wueseter Tor disclose that, the graduands are in two categories, others from (The Inner-city Mission School) established by the church to provide free and quality education to the vulnerables, and also another category is the Foundation class, which all received a wider educational training in different stages, such as social media, internet for self development, character education, and spiritual education among others.

On his part, the traditional ruler, in Ardo Kola Local Government, Chief Nuntai Nojiri, ( Jaoro Sompohnor) express gratitude to the kind support giving to their children.

The traditional leader appeals to the government to redouble their efforts in giving more attention to rural community education, especially in the area of Primary and secondary Schools.
Meanwhile, an 14 year old Yaro Bitrus who is among the graduands said his dream is to become a pastor. Bitrus said he received teaching from different subjects, such as Mathematics, Verbal reasoning, CRK, Quantities among other subjects.
