Rangers F.C to unveil U-13.U-17 and Female teams.

The Rangers International Football Club of Enugu, in it’s bid to maintain global standard has concluded plans to introduce U-13, U-17 and Female teams of the club.

The new chief executive officer,CEO of the club, Barr. Amobi Ezeaku, dropped this hints in a chat with Sports Writers in Enugu, to ravel strategic plans of running the club 2023-2027.

He disclosed that the state government has given all the necessary support, of which the management under him could not afford to fail with the support of all and sundry, including the Sports writers.

He explained that the idea of the junior Rangers teams of U-13 and U-17 will stick to FIFA standard of hunting and grooming young talented players on part time basis while they still in pursuit of their educational carrier etc.

The female Rangers Football team is equally to satirfy the growing global trend for female football, Ezeaku explained.

As part of the efforts to keep the Rangerr F.C evergreen, he disclosed that contbcts are being made globally to attract sponsors to programmes and events of the club.

He said plans are under way to sell at least 20,000 jerseys of the club every season to fans and other members of the club. He said the management also hopes to attract one million followers on social media.

He assured that plans are being concretised to return Rangers F.C to Nnamdi Azikiwe stadium ffor it’s home matches this season, as the contractor has assured completion of renovation works soon.
