FCTA honours four retired directors

The Social Development Secretariat of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has honoured four retired directors for their contribution to the development of the secretariat.

During the celebration of the directors who retired from the secretariat in 2023, yesterday the Mandate Secretary, Social Development Secretariat, Ibrahim Aminu commended them for contributing well during their years.

He said the success of any administration depends on the commitment of its workers which can only be achieved through team work.

Aminu called on the remaining staff of the secretariat to continue to work for a better FCT Administration.

He encouraged staff at all levels to be committed to delivering social services that will make residents of the territory believe more in the renewed hope agenda of Bola Tinubu.

Aminu said: “The success of any administration depends on the positive contributions of the workers. I therefore, urge all the staff to continue to do their best. For the retired staff, you have done the secretariat well.

“Let us do things that will speak good of the secretariat especially in providing social services to the residents across the Six Area Councils “.

The four retired directors are Aliyu Nahuche, planning research and statistics, Justina Pawa, immediate past acting secretary and Director Administration and Finance Social Development Secretariat.

Others include Grace Awe, Arts and Culture department, and Marie Ochuonu tourism department.
