Glo-sponsored African Voices on Cable News Network (CNN) will this week return with a feature on three African star Cricket players.
The 30-minute magazine programme will parade Rwandan National Cricket team’s former Captain, Suné Luus, the Zimbabwean National Cricket team Captain, Craig Ervine and South African National Women’s Cricket Team Captain, Eric Dusingizimana.
They will delight viewers with the story of their adventure in the cricket world.
27 years old Sune Luus plays for the South African national cricket team as a leg spin bowling all-rounder, whileErvine, 35 captains Zimbabwe in limited over matches. An international cricketer, he is a left-handed batter that has played test and limited overs cricket for the Zimbabwe national cricket team and first-class cricket for a variety of Zimbabwean sides in the Logan Cup Dusingizimanais.
Dusingizimanais, aged 36 holds a 2016 Guinness World Record in cricket which he set for charity. He is widely known for his 2016 marathon effort when he batted for 51 hours non-stop in order to set a Guinness World Record in marathon race.
An interesting time awaits viewers on Saturday at 9.30 a.m., Sunday at 4.30 a.m., 7:30 a.m., 12.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m when the programme comes up on CNN. They can watch the same edition on on Monday at 4 a.m. and again on Tuesday and Wednesday at 6.45 p.m. for a 15-minute, two-part rerun.
