Sen Barau sues for calm and calls for probe of Kaduna bombing

Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin, has consoled the families of the victims of the recent bombing mishap in a village at Tundun Biri, Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna state.

Describing the incident as unfortunate, Senator Barau however joined calls for a thorough investigation into the incident as directed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

While urging the security forces to thoroughly scrutinize the matter, he appealed to the relatives of the victims and good people of Kaduna state to remain calm.

In a statement by the Special Adviser, Media, and Publicity, Ismail Mudashir,
he prayed that Allah grant the victims Jannatul Firdaus and provide their families the strength to bear the irreparable loss.

“In this trying time, I stand in solidarity with the affected families and the entire community. I assure them of my commitment to supporting efforts that will prevent the recurrence of such incidents. I pray for a smooth recovery of the injured who are currently undergoing medical treatment,” he said.
