Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State has approved the disbursement of ₦451,149,336 to secure the accreditation of key educational institutions across Kaduna State. This significant investment reflects his administration’s commitment to advancing the quality of education in the state.
The funding will benefit several major institutions, including Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, which will receive ₦429,495,522 for its accreditation. The College of Nursing and Midwifery has been allocated ₦45,532,000 to support the accreditation of its National Diploma and Higher National Diploma programs. Additionally, the College of Education Gidan Waya will receive ₦45,000,000 for the accreditation of its National Certificate in Education program.

Barau Dikko Teaching Hospital has also been allocated ₦26,640,000 to enhance its accreditation, ensuring high standards in medical training and healthcare delivery.
A loyalist of the governor and current ALGON Chairman, Shuaibu Bawa Jaja, said the governor’s decisive action underscores the state’s commitment to prioritizing education, recognizing its essential role in fostering socio-economic development.
“This investment is expected to elevate Kaduna State’s educational institutions to meet national and international standards of excellence,” Jaja added.
