Nigeria@64: APC aspirant hails Tinubu on convocation of youth conference

Anambra state All Progressives Congress (APC) chairmanship aspirant, Chief Ikechukwu C. Anonye has commended President Bola Ahmed on his approval of national conference for youths.

Addressing the nation as Nigeria celebrates its 64th year of independence on Monday, Oct 1, the President informed Nigerians about his approval for the convocation of a Youth National Conference among others.

In a statement to journalists, Anonye said the milestone demonstrates the President’s commitment to empowering Nigerian youths and fostering inclusive governance.

“I urge Nigerian youths to seize this opportunity, assume their rightful place as leaders of tomorrow, and ensure policies benefitting future generations are formulated.

“Our youths must prioritize education, healthcare, and economic empowerment to create a brighter future.

He listed key policy areas to focus as education, seeking improved access to quality education and vocational training, healthcare services, particularly for maternal and child health and economic empowerment that promotes financial inclusion.

“As an APC chairmanship aspirant, I pledge to support youth-led initiatives and policies promoting inclusive growth and development in Anambra State”, he concludes.
