A governorship aspirant under the platform of Labour Party (LP) in the November 8, 2025 Anambra State guber polls, Mr. John Nwosu has declared that the incumbent, Gov Charles Soludo has failed the people of the state.
The governorship aspirant stated this while fielding questions from journalists in Onitsha.
Mr Nwosu lamented that it’s quite unfortunate that Prof Soludo’s led administration lacks the capacity to carry out its basic responsibilities to the people, noting that the incumbent has failed in the areas of security, electricity, health and commerce.
“I am aspiring for governorship in the November 8, 2025 gurbarnitorial election in Anambra State because the current leadership in the state has failed the people. security is not there, electricity is not there, where is health, what is our people known for? Our people are know for commerce, there is no enabling environment for them”.
He said that if Prof Soludo is doing well, as an ICT consultant and an economist, he wouldn’t have any business coming out to run for governorship position in the state, adding that Anambra deserves a better governor in Government House, Awka.
Mr. Nwosu, a native of Odida, Nnewi-Ichi in Nnewi North LGA of the state assured the people that he has all it takes to librate them from the shackles of under development.
