Plateau Hotels, Aviare Global Sign Multi-Million Dollar Deal

Another landmark of business has been opened in Nigeria with the signing of a multi-million dollar concession agreement between Aviare Global Concepts Limited, and Plateau Hotels and Resort LTD.

The concession agreement signing was led by the President/CEO Kudla M Satumari (Haske) of Aviare Global Concepts limited and MD of Plateau State Property and Investment company limited (PIPCL) led by Hon Danlami Jelka.

A statement issued by the Director,

Business Development and Corporate Strategy, Dr Allen Manasseh, said under the terms of the agreement, Aviare Global Concepts Limited will build, transform, manage and operate Plateau Hotels and Resort Limited, leveraging on its expertise to enhance customer experience in the hospitality industry, real estate investment, and project management consultancy services to drive business growth that will transform the industry in Plateau state.

Speaking, Mr Kudla M Satumari (Haske) said, “We are ready to partner with PIPC Limited in bringing a world class hospitality outfit on the Plateau, a “Home of Tourism and Hospitality” in Nigeria”

Haske, a future-focused leader with renowned records in real estate, project management consultancy, and hospitality industry, is poised to make the difference to deliver on the transformational plans of his excellency, Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang”

Haske added: “We are honored to be entrusted with this opportunity and committed to investing in the necessary infrastructure and human capital development to ensure the success of this partnership.”

Also in a tweet by its official handle, @DOPA_PLSG, the Plateau State Government confirmed entering into a formal agreement with Aviare Global Concepts Limited to reconstruct Plateau Resort and Hotels Limited to international standards.

A statement issued by the Director of Press and Public Affairs to the Executive Governor of Plateau State on 24th October, 2024, Gyang Bere, said the deal marks a new chapter for Plateau State, as the administration continues to leverage private sector partnerships to harness the state’s tourism potential. General Manager, Plateau State Tourism Corporation, Mr. Chuwang Pwajok was part of the signatories to the Heads of Terms.
