The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator George Akume will deliver the convocation lecture of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, UniZik, Awka, Anambra state.
The event is slated for Thursday, March 27 2025 at the main campus of the institution.
Akume, a former governor of Benue state, will be speaking on this year’s convocation lecture titled “Unity in Diversity,”
The Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of the university, Barrister Monsur Olugbenga Kukoyi, has expressed the excitement of the university community to host the SGF at the convocation.
The lecture has been described as timely at a time of assault against multilateralism and anti-globalisation sentiments across the Americas and Europe.
