APC G3 lauds Uba Sani for impactful leadership

The APC Grassroots Governance Group APC G3 on Thursday commended the Uba Sani led administration in Kaduna State for carrying along all sections of the state even as it continues to provide sustainable and impactful leadership.

APC G3 in a press statement by the Group’s Chairman, Board of Trustees, Engr. Micheal Ayuba Auta and National Coordinator, Hon. Amechi Chuks. Oyema said Gov. Uba Sani has restored hope, while moving the State forward.

The Group commended the Governor for his giant strides in the educational sector, by building 62 new secondary schools, construction of 2,326 new classrooms and recruiting 2,000 teachers as part of its human capital development agenda.

According to APC G3, “In this period the Kaduna state government under Governor Uba Sani has cleared N6.9 billion in outstanding pension arrears, taken firm steps to reposition public service welfare by introducing a N500 million revolving loan scheme for civil servants at a five percent interest rate, while also slashing tuition across state-owned tertiary institutions by 50 percent to ease the burden on students.

“We can also mention the reconstruction of 12 General Hospitals, ongoing road projects across all 23 LGAs, and renewed investments in the water sector.

“Kaduna has also attracted $503 million in foreign direct investment between 2023 and 2024, while agricultural support programmes benefitted over 41,000 farmers across the state.

“Governor Sani has shown foresight, compassion, integrity, resilience, and unwavering commitment to the liberation of humanity from the shackles of poverty, oppression and ignorance.

“Governor Sani has prioritized security, education, healthcare, and infrastructure development, addressing some of the most pressing challenges facing the people of the state.

“We strongly commend the enhancement of security through policy initiative that places premium on confidence building and collaboration between the locals with security agencies to encourage intelligence gathering and ultimately, effective performance of security operatives to restore peace and safety in affected areas.

“There is yet another measure which he introduced recently that involves extending the olive branch to hoodlums and self confessed bandits and insurgents who are a major security risk in the state in a bid to foster a sense of safety among residents and encourage unhindered economic activities.

“APC G3 can confidently say that in 2 years that Gov. Uba Sani has earned the trust of the people of Kaduna State, we therefore make a call for the people of the State to support the government as it strives to achieve its mandate,” the Support Group added.
