The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has released four hotlines to residents of the territory to always report uncleared waste in their locations.
This is contained in a statement issued by the Senior Special Assistant on Public communications and social media to the minister of FCT, Lere Olanyika on Tuesday.
The statement said the move is aimed tackling the increasing waste challenge in the nation’s capital, by ensuring that waste management contractors do their jobs as at when due.
It urged members of the public to send pictures and videos of uncleared refuse to the phone numbers via WhatsApp, with the location of the pictures and videos to identify the contractors covering the areas.
The numbers are 08038643087, 07011073406, 07011255710 and 09114843425.
