The Chairman of the Military Pension Board (MPB), Air Vice-Marshal Mikail Abdulraheem, has reaffirmed the Board’s unwavering commitment to advancing pension reforms that prioritise the dignity, welfare and overall wellbeing of retired military personnel.
Abdulraheem made this known during a courtesy visit to the Minister of Defence, General Christopher Musa (rtd), as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen collaboration between the Board and key defence stakeholders.
He explained that the visit was aimed at reinforcing policy alignment, enhancing institutional cooperation and improving coordination on matters relating to the administration and welfare of military retirees and their next-of-kin.
The MPB Chairman further restated the Board’s commitment to transparency, efficiency and service excellence, stressing the importance of sustained collaboration with relevant defence institutions to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of pension services to veterans.
