Winterplace Services Limited, a subsidiary of Njame Consulting Limited, has continued to consolidate its position as a leading provider of central air conditioning, ventilation and home appliance solutions in Nigeria, building a legacy anchored on quality, innovation and professional standards.
The fully indigenous engineering company, incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission in September 2014, specializes in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems for residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
Over the years, the firm has emerged among the top players in specialty engineering, particularly in HVAC services, earning a reputation for reliability and service excellence. Its engineering team designs and configures systems tailored to clients’ specific requirements, ensuring strict adherence to industry standards and conventions.
The Chief Executive Officer of the company, Engr. Ikechukwu Obi Njoku, said the organisation’s core objective is to provide excellent engineering services to private, government and corporate organisations, with quality as its central focus.
“Our commitment is to work with clients from project inception to implementation, supplying all required equipment, devices, materials and providing after-sales services that guarantee long-term value,” he said.
Njoku, a Mechanical Engineering graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, has over 15 years’ experience across various engineering fields. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, the Nigerian Institute of Mechanical Engineers and the American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers.
Under his leadership, Winterplace Services has executed and maintained several projects nationwide. Notable among them are installations at the Office of the Accountant-General, the NNPC, DME Estate Apo and Dunamis International Gospel Centre. The company is also handling the purchase and installation of air conditioning systems at the ongoing reconstruction of the Rivers State House of Assembly Complex.
Despite challenges such as high borrowing interest rates, importation costs, payment delays and shortage of skilled labour, the company says it remains committed to innovation, ethical standards and sustainable development.
With operational engineers in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja, and expansion plans to Kaduna and Owerri, Winterplace Services says it is strategically positioned to deliver prompt maintenance response and long-term technical support across Nigeria.
