Buhari in his letter which was also. Copied to Governor Sani Bello. of Niger state called for the support of the CECPC under the leadership of Governor Mai Mala Buni to steer the affairs of the party

He emphasized the inability of the stakeholders to effect a leadership change in the APC, even as he warned the APC Governors and stakeholders to avoid any move that could put the party in conflict with the provisions of INEC
Governor Dani Bello, who had declared himself active g chairman of the CECPC, led the committee I another round  of meeting yesterday st the party headquarters, where it had perfected all the processes towards the conduct of the NEC meeting today

Briefing journalists at the end of the NEC meeting, CECPC member in charge of media, Ismaili Ahmed assured that the NEC meeting would ho on as planned, adding thst all necessary arrangements have been put in place for the conduct

Ahmed assured that both President Buhari and Governor Buni will virtually attended the NEC meeting, adding thst the vice president, Yomi Osinbajo and other stakeholders will be physically present st the APC headquarters in Abuja
